PROSPECT invests in main assets comprising factories and warehouses for rent across 5 projects, with a total leasable area of 564,758 square meters. These consist of: (1) Sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1) project; (2) Ownership over the land, factory and office building in the X44 Bangna KM.18 project; (3) Sub-leasehold right of parts of the land and ownership over parts of the buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 2 (BFTZ 2) project; (4) Ownership over parts of the land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 (BFTZ 3) project; and (5) Sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and ownership of buildings in in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 6 (BFTZ 6) project. The principal source of revenue is derived from leasing out the assets across these 5 projects.
