Currently, the invested assets consist of 27 units in Charn Issara Tower on Rama IV Road with a total area of 7,065.53 sq.m. and 168 units in Charn Issara Tower 2 on New Petchaburi Road with a total area of 25,883.69 sq.m., totaling 195 units and 32,949.22 sq.m.; this includes buildings, fixtures, tools, equipment for common utility systems related to the buildings, and other assets necessary for the utilization of the real estate.?
