	Abstaining from investing in the underlying shares

	Having obtained approval from the shareholders' meeting to delist, the company must put out a public tender to purchase all shares from shareholders. The company’s securities will be delisted after the tender is filled. Thai NVDR will state on its website that effective from the first day of the tender announcement, it will not invest in the securities that are about to be delisted. If orders to purchase NVDRs are received, Thai NVDR will not issue them, but investors will receive the securities instead. Investors may sell any NVDRs held.
