Subject:     Notification of Substitution for Songkran Holidays Year 2020

According to the Cabinet's resolution on August 13, 2020, pronounced that 
Friday, September 4, 2020 and Monday, September 7, 2020 as a compensation
holiday during the Songkran Festival 2020.
T.K.S Technologies Public Company Limited (the "Company"), therefore determined 
that Friday, September 4, 2020 and Monday, September 7, 2020 as the Company's
holiday in substitution for a holiday during Songkran Festival 2020.
