Subject: Report on the Resolution of the 2020 Interim Dividend Payment
To:     President,
 The Stock Exchange of Thailand

  T.K.S. Technologies Public Company Limited would like to inform the 
resolutions adopted in the Board of Directors' Meeting no. 6/2020, which was
held on 11 August 2020, to approved the payment of interim dividend from the
first six-months period of the operation result for the year 2020 at the rate of
THB 0.06 per share for 462,226,467 shares. The total amount of the interim
dividend payment is THB 27,733,588.02 Baht

The Record Date for determination the list of shareholders for the right to 
receive the interim dividend payment is scheduled on 28 August 2020 and the
interim dividend payment is scheduled on 10 September 2020.
