Subject:    Disclosure of related party loans

Dear Sir,

Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to notify 
that, as at June 24, 2020 the Company has additional long-term loan received
from a related party to refinance part of existing short-term revolving loans
and long term loans that became due.

Long-term loan from a related party (ExxonMobil Development Finance Company) 
Baht 6,000 million is Thai Baht-denominated and unsecured bearing loan with
principal repayment every 3 months and last principal repayment in July 2023,
bearing interest based on the adjusted Bangkok Interbank Offered Rate (BIBOR).
