SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., ("the Management Company''), the Management 
Company of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund ('the Fund'), would like to notify
the resignation of Miss Kanyarat Krisnathevin form Investment Committee of the
Fund effective from November 1, 2019
In this regard, the Management Company has appointed Miss Woramon Inkatanuvat, 
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, The Erawan Group Public
Company Limited to act as the Investment Committee of the Fund effective since
November 29, 2019
