                As Land and Houses Fund Management Co.,Ltd. as the management company of Quality
Houses Hotel and Residence Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund ("Management
Company") has appointed 5 membership to the Investment Committee of QHHR on 17th
of November 2015. For the purpose of being in compliance with the section 10 of
the prospectus of QHHR (section name: Investment Committee of QHHR), Management
Company would like to inform the appointment of the membership to the
Investment Committee of QHHR as listed below as the replacement for the existing
 ones;

1.    Membership who will no longer be in the Investment Committee of QHHR
-    Mr. Nold    Swangjang
-    Ms. Nutrinee    Jiraongkarn

2.    Membership who will replace the above mentioned
-    Mr. Voranon    Asavakittimetin
-    Mr. Phongpun     Krannasut
All the members in the Investment Committee shall bear the authorities and 
responsibilities as specified in the prospectus of QHHR and all the replaced
members will hold the terms ended on the same date as all previously appointed
members which is on 12th of October 2018
