SET moves HTECH from mai to SET

HALCYON TECHNOLOGY PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (HTECH) has been a listed company 
trading on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) since 27 March 2009.
Later, HTECH has filed an application requesting the SET to instruct the trading
 of its ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

The SET has considered HTECH's qualifications and deemed that it is fully 
qualified according to the regulation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
regarding Listing of Ordinary Shares or Preferred Shares as Listed Securities
B.E. 2558 (2015). Thus, the SET will instruct the trading of HTECH 300,000,340
ordinary shares at a par value of Baht 1 per share, totaling Baht 300,000,340 to
be traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under Industrials Group in
Industrial Materials & Machinery Sector using the trading name "HTECH"
commencing from 3 July 2017 onwards.

The last closing price of HTECH in mai will be used as the base price for 
calculation the ceiling and floor limit for trading on 3 July 2017.
